Erasmus+ program
PeptLab actively supports student exchanges via the Erasmus+ program. Prof Anna Maria Papini is the coordinator of the International Affairs and Erasmus+ Program of the School of Matematical, Physical and Natural Sciences of the University of Florence. During the years, PeptLab has been both the sending and the receiving research unit for many Erasmus students and trainees. This has contributed to their education at high level, to strengthening existing collaborations with international partners and to creating new ones. Student exchange is part of the educational mission of PeptLab: the research unit promotes training activities in peptide and protein chemistry for students, academic and industrial young scientists who want to develop new skills in peptide synthesis or to improve their competences at the interface between chemistry and biology.
